Doron Kam
Senior Lecturer (Assistant Prof.)
I’m a faculty member at Tel-Hai University’s Faculty of Sciences and Technology. My research combines interdisciplinary experimental science, materials chemistry, and additive manufacturing.
I am drawn to problems that sit at the intersection of fields. I like hearing about scientific challenges, reframing them, and finding experimental directions that are not always obvious at first glance. This way of thinking has shaped much of my work, from bioinspired materials to light-based 3D printing.
I completed my Ph.D. at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where I was fortunate to be advised by Prof. Oded Shoseyov and Prof. Shlomo Magdassi. I then carried out postdoctoral research in Prof. Alon Gorodetsky’s group at the University of California, Irvine.
